Shaping Sound in Performance

“Ode to Heaven and Humanity” commissioned by Time Warner, State Council of China, Municipality of Beijing, written for Interactive Light Sensors driven by SuperColliider, Symphony Orchestra, Chorus, 5 sets of Timpani and 3500 Year-Old Ancient Bells and Chimes. Premiered at the Temple of Heaven in Beijing (Live Broadcast Worldwide by CNN/CCTV) with the composer performing the interactive light sensors.
